TOURS
For all tours that are listed on our Web sites, the company will provide the interested customers with prices based on availability. For special offers, including "small group journeys", prices will always be consistent with those listed on the Web site or in any promotional materials published by the company.
In order to insure that a tour is obtained for the price quoted on the Web site OR in any supplementary promotional material OR by any official representative of the company and to secure a place in the group, the customer must provide payment according to the Payment Schedule valid for the selected type of service.
The company reserves the right to change the price of the tour in case of a) dramatic and unforseen change of transportation tariffs; b) fluctuation of ruble exchange rate by more than 10%.
Upon payment for a tour, the customer will receive within a 24-hour period a receipt of payment.
The letter of confirmation including all contact details of local offices, reservation numbers, seats numbers for rail journeys, timings of excursions etc is provided no earlier than 2 weeks and no later than 1 week before tour start date.
Refunds for the services that were not provided during a tour, are made within a two-month period after the refund is confirmed.
HOTEL / APARTMENT BOOKINGS
Travel to Russia offers reservation of hotels and apartments in Russia. When a hotel is booked online, the customer will immediately receive by e-mail a receipt of payment and a letter of confirmation of reservation. When a hotel reservation is made offline, or via e-mail correspondence, hotel prices will be valid for 7 days. When the payment for a hotel is done, the client will receive a letter of confirmation of reservation from the company within 24 hours.

Payment Schedule for Tours
Payment schedule:
1) Deposit: 15% (but not less than $500 for Trans-Siberian journeys) at the moment of booking
2) 50% - in 60 days before the travel date
3) 75% - in 45 days before the travel date
4) 100% - in 30 days before the travel date
