4.4. When is it better to book a tour?

We recommend booking your train tickets at least 8 weeks before departure to ensure that there are seats available and to have enough time to process visas in non-express manner.

If you book from 8 to 4 weeks in advance and your travel commences in summer, the deadlines are acceptable but it will be rather difficult to find first class tickets;

From 4 to 2 weeks in advance it is still possible to reserve the tickets, but during the high season (May to September) there are less chances and we cannot guarantee that we shall be able to buy the ticket you have selected. Certainly, we shall do our best to buy an alternative ticket of a similar category and price.

In 2 weeks before the departure date the request may be processed with certain limitations, and should they apply your travel manager will send you detailed information once you send the request.

In 1 week and less, with rare exceptions, the order cannot be processed.
