4.2. What are the payment options?

Payment Scheme

15% but not less than $500	at the moment of reservation
50%	in 45 days before the tour start date
100%	in 30 days before the tour start date

Bank transfer

You may pay by bank transfer in US dollars, euro or roubles directly onto our bank account. After you create and confirm your itinerary, your personal travel manager will send you the bank details and detailed instructions on how to make the transfer.

Credit card

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery, Diners Club and JCB. A handling fee of 3% is applied to all credit card charges.

Cheque to our American office

You may send a cheque to our American office to confirm your reservation. Your order will be processed after we verify the amount.

Cash in Moscow

All tours are booked on prepaid basis! It is only possible to pay in cash if you have a representative in Moscow who can make the payment on your behalf.

Western Union, etc

If the above methods are inconvenient,your personal travel manager will be happy to advise you another payment method optimal for your situation.
