4.1. How can I book a tour with you?

Booking a tour is very simple! Click on the link "Create itinerary". Following our step-by-step instructions you can easily create a travel program along the Trans-Siberian Railroad, with all the trains, schedules and hotels mentioned. You may send the itineraries to your e-mail address for future use. All programs are valid for 15 days. Alternatively, you may book the itinerary online right away!

If you have chosen to compare the programs first, you are welcome to think them over and choose the one you prefer. Please send us the chosen program by e-mail at transib@traveltorussia.ru in order to confirm your booking.

We shall then check the availability of train tickets and accommodation options and send you the Tour Contract by e-mail. Please send us the completed and signed agreement and confirmation of your payment according to the Payment Scheme.

In a couple of days (normally 1 business day) you will receive by fax the Russian visa support document. This is a voucher confirming your reservations and mentioning the cities, hotels and services along the route.

In about 5 days you will receive your Mongolia and China visa support documents by fax.

Only after having received the visa support documents and having received the confirmation that all the travel services were actually booked you may proceed to payment of the outstanding balance. For payment options information please click here.
